Returns Prior to requesting a return or refund please consult the terms & conditions section of the website to check that your return is acceptable prior to contacting us.

Condition of Goods: Every effort is made to check and double quality check goods prior to despatch, however if there is a serious problem with an item please do get in touch via email. Please note, acceptable faults do not include hair line cracks in the wood as pine is a natural material subject to movement, this we cannot be held responsible for. In the case of requesting a return or refund the item must be returned within 28 days of receipt, which is deemed a reasonable time period after delivery. Please also ensure that the fault has not occurred through wear and tear. Please note, the item must be returned to us at the customers expense for inspection and refund eligibility!
