Ordering:
We paint to commission if we don't have what your already looking for in stock, please contact us with your design requirements, then on acceptance, we require 50% deposit upfront, the rest is requested when we've painted your box and emailed you photographs of the finished product, we offer a fair service, built around our customers!
Colour & Design:
Every effort will be made to represent the colours and designs discussed within a quote as accurately as possible. However, since every item is unique and handpainted slight changes may occur.
Availability:
All of our items are subject to availability and at the point of order you will be given a quotation and approximate time limit of availability of product, we say normally around 3 - 4 weeks, as the boxes are carpenter made and handpainted rather than mass produced. We will make every effort to adhere to our quoted lead times but this may be effected by demand.

Where the box is fitted with a stay, we still recommend appropriate supervision, if the stay fitted is deemed unappropriate for the customers use then we recommend customers source and fit additional stays as we will not and cannot be held responsible for any incidents that may occur with the boxes, Butterflyartworks, Toyboxart & Heidi Alexander-Sleap Art & Design merely source the boxes and handpaint the product we do not manufacture them.
